                                                          Stacy O. Shugart – husband to Pat Shugart.

courses in church finance.  Still enrolled in Howard Payne and Trinity School of the Bible and Theological Seminary as an

undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling using the Nouthetic method.  International Center

for Biblical Counseling Training and Teaching, Counseling training in Christian Encounter and Theophostic Approach.

Licensed Minister in the state of Texas. RV Outreach Pastor and Counselor, Sunday School Teacher,

Lay Preacher, Teaching Seminars, Biblical Counselor serving the public.  Return calls, set up appointments, counsel over

the phone, house call counseling, and counseling doing 3 to 4 sessions a week usually lasting 3 hrs at a time, overseer of all

aspects of the counseling ministry, conducting training forcounselors.

Pat Shugart – wife to Stacy and sister to Pam Hawes - has over 30 years of ministry experience.

Has been singing gospel songs since before age 9, has participated in almost every ministry

experience with her husband Stacy with the exception of the Howard Payne and Trinity college courses. 

Pat helps set appointments, counsels over the phone and in person, she is usually always present

when her husband is counseling women.

                Pam Hawes -  sister to Pat Shugart   

-  has over 30 years of ministry experience.Has been singing in

gospel groups over 20 years.  Participated in church leadership         

positions, taught Sunday school, lead music in Vacation Bible School,

taught VacationBible School, assisted Stacy in teaching seminars on

various topics related to the counseling ministry.

           - has 20 years teaching and management experience -  holds a

            Bachelor’s of Science degree specializing in Elementary

 Education, a Master’s of Science degree in Education   

 Administration.  These degree programs required training in

 psychology, sociology, and counseling.  The Ed Admin degree

 required course work in facilities management which included work with budgets and personnel management.   Additional

training includes:  Exchanged Life Ministry training and counseling, Freedom in Christ Training and Counseling

Training, International Center for Biblical Counseling Training and Teaching, Counseling training in Christian Truth

Encounter and Theophostic Approach.  Plans to pursue a Master’s or a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling from Trinity

School of the Bible and Theological Seminary this Fall.  Pam counsels on the phone, oversees training, and along with

Pat, holds counseling sessions that usually last 3 hours at a time.  Typical schedule of sessions includes approximately 3

sessions a week.
